What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is only 20 pcs per model and finish, which makes us an easy partner to start with — whether you need test quantities or your first container. OEM projects may have separate tooling terms discussed per project.
How long is the lead time?
Samples normally take 3–5 days. Standard orders are produced in about 7 days. Customized OEM/ODM orders typically take 15–25 days depending on tooling and finish. A written schedule is always included with your quotation.
What about quality control and warranty?
We operate under ISO 9001:2015 with incoming, in-process and pre-shipment inspections on every batch, and key test reports are available on request. All hardware carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects — replacements are free of charge.
Which shipping terms do you support?
We work on EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP terms, by sea, air or express (DHL/FedEx/UPS). Our shipping team prepares full export documents and handles booking so you receive a clear door-to-door picture before you confirm.
Can you develop custom products for my brand?
Yes. Share a drawing, sample or even a rough sketch — our engineers will advise on feasibility, tooling cost and finishing options, then deliver pre-production samples for your approval before mass production.
